How long does it take for my BMX bike to ship?
Orders for in-stock bikes typically process within 1-2 business days. Ground shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the continental US.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled in a factory box. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seat. We recommend a professional build for safety.
What is your return policy on parts and apparel?
We accept returns on unused, uninstalled items in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom wheel builds and used parts are non-returnable.
Do you ship BMX gear internationally?
Yes, Albe's ships worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific country and the weight of the package.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. As soon as your label is printed, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number from UPS, FedEx, or USPS to monitor your delivery.
